Hi. Im Rachel. I've got 3 boys aged 6 yrs, nearly 2 yrs and 1month old. I am hopefully starting at the gym at end of Jan (pay day lol) but I have trouble staying motivated. I am currently a size 14 but used to be a 10-12 before i had my youngest child. I would love to be able to get back into my old jeans and stuff lol. Looking for someone to talk to who is after the same goals :D

One year ago today I weighed in at just at or over 300lbs. (morbidly obese) Today I weighed in at 228lbs. (midrange of the severly overweight) My goal is th be under 200lbs by March of next year. At this rate I believe it will be easy to lose those last 30lbs.

Hi Rachel. My name is Debbie. I have one daughter who will be 2 yrs next month. I gained a total of 80 lbs during my pregnancy and have been struggling since then. To tell the truth I was just eating everything in sight and it was usually unhealthy. I started going to Weight Watchers two weeks ago and I love it! My jeans are already looser. I lost 2.4 lbs the first week and I feel like I lost more this week. Weigh-in is Monday. I enjoy the points system and the best thing is I am never deprived. I eat whatever I want as long as I stay within the points. I also started some walking this week. I team up with other friends for the gym and walking and it keeps me movtivated. I also joined Weight Watchers with some other women. The team approach seems to be the first thing that has worked for me. Good luck and drop me a line if you like!

Have you ever looked into WOWY, BeachBody's online gym? There are a ton of people working out there every day that are working on their own fitness goals. That might keep you motivated.... I know it keeps me going every day.

ill be your weight loss buddy i have one son who is 21 months i gained 64 bls with him an have only lost 32lbs so i wanna loose likle 35 more lbs i dont have money for a gym so i work out at home i do crunches everyday an i also have the abcircle pro that i use everyday by april 1 2010 is my goal i dont even wanna say my goal because i will have lost the weight by then how much do you wanna loose an when is your goal
