I just gave brith to my second child September 28th. I'm ready to start losing this baby weight but I do alot better if I have someone who is doing the same thing.I just moved so I don't really know anyone I can ask here. Just wanted to know if anyone wanted to be "weight loss buddies" online and discuss our workouts, weightloss, progress, frustrations/temptations ect.

Hey Ladies!

Are you looking to get healthy, lose weight, improve your energy? Sounds great, right?

Let me tell you a little background on how I got here. My husband and I started the program in May of 2013. We were truly shocked at how easy this was and amazed by our results! I lost 20lbs in two months, and he lost 40lbs in 3.5 months.

If the pounds weren't enough to make me thrilled, loosing 4 inches in my butt and hips had me ecstatic! haha. The best part is we haven't gained it back. Our view on food is different and we are more active.

It was so incredibly easy to keep on board with the program. There is less than 5 min. prep time for the food, some are just open and go! I loved that I could toss a snack in my purse and not rely on finding a "healthy choice" on the go. Not to mention, cooking once a day was a nice break.

Well, one thing leads to another and I decided to be a health coach through Take Shape For Life after I did the program. I want to help others create a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable. I've included my website in case you want to reference it at a later time.

I know this feed is pretty old, but I think having a workout buddy online to help support each other is a great idea. I am a mother of two. I work full time and just haven't gotten myself motivated enough to get the rest of my weight off. I am wanting to lose 25 pounds. My son is my youngest and he is 18 months old. The time is now. If anyone is interested in buddying up an swapping secrets and such please let me know!!

I do im Athens I gained 70 lbs on my pregnancy and now im trying to lose it and it will be really fun to have a online buddies im just starting my dieting and i started recording my food, drinks and activities. When i was pregnant my doctor refer me to a dietician but i didnt not attend and it wa too late bcuz i gave birth my son was almost a month early but hes healthy. So when i had my baby the dietician kept calling me i think they called me 3 times and asked if im ready to come in so last week they called me again and i finally said yes. I want to commit to it bcuz i need to loose what i gained b4 i go back to work. An hope you all ladies that wants to be my online buddies please reply. Thank you and lets have fun.

hi i am a mum of two children working part time but also attending college i would like to lose approx 15-20lbs i have tried to lose weight before but having no support i have went back to my old ways i would love some support with tips and ideas of exercise at home as i don't have much time for to go to the gym would anyone like to be my buddy?thanks alot jolene

I am trying a rolling wheel for a really thick no curve side line. Small butt and wide shoulders. Other than that I sell Avon and try to build esteem with feeling positive and moving around more just because I am out selling.

I need a buddy. You know just beginning these online contacts has been rewarding for my esteem. I am thrilled to contact long time acquaintances. Hello to all of you ladies! I know I posted a link above, but possibly didn't explain what it means to you... I am a mother of a 16 month old girl, and I have to work full time, so there is no time left in the day to go to the gym for me. A friend of mine introduced me to a line of prducts from 'It Works!' and I started off slowly using them, the FAT BLOCKER pills are amazing, they actually blocks and absorbs fat BEFORE your body does and is fluches out. I have a great demo for this product too, but using them made me a believer! Hi ladies! I'd love to be a part of what your doing... I'm 23 and I'd like to lose about 75lbs I had my daughter 6.22.08 and I had a miscarriage in 4.09 and I put on alot of weight when I had the miscarriage and just can't seem to get it off. any tips or help is always welcome.

Isagenix is a great system that worked my first go round. It's online and if you do the program with the cleanse first it really works. I am going to go try another line since Isagenix is pricey... it's called Aspire. Any one know of it?

To anyone that needs support I too am looking for a support group. I started my weight loss on Saturday and i'm down 3.5 lbs. I used to do la weight loss then got pregnant and stopped eating healthy and stopped exercising so I gained it back. I'm looking to lose 108 lbs total. I lost 60 lbs the last time I did it. I'm doing great so far and have balanced out a healthy eating plan with proper portions along with exercise. You can add me as a friend or look for me on facebook and add as friend and would be more than willing to log in daily and be there for support. Hope to hear some of you :o)

I am also trying to lose 25 to 30 pounds. It would be easier with an online buddy. Right now I am doing Slim in 6 and my husband bought me the Wii Fit Plus for Christmas so I am doing that also.

I am def willing to be an online weight loss support buddy! to anyone who has posted here! I am 20 years old, have struggled w being over weight my whole life. I gained 33 lbs with my daughter who is almost 4 months. I try to watch what I eat and am just getting back on a regular work out routine... which is nearly impossible with a 4 month old lol.

Now that I went back and read your posts you are jumping in head first here (in my opinion) I think you should try to get your food intake where it needs to be first. The best way to explain that is.....if I gave you a dozen eggs, a bag of flour, a bottle of vegetable oil, cocoa powder and told you to make a bake without a recipe how do you think that cake would turn out??? Your body needs a recipe...once you get that recipe you then know exactly what you need to eat to get you where you want to be. Great!! The more support the better. :) I stepped on the scale today and for the first time in 2 weeks it budged! I lost a pound and a half. Right now I am doing 45 minutes of Turbo Jam 6 days a week and today I started running too. Before I had my two kids I was running 6 miles everyday in an hour. Noe I can only do 2.5 in 45 minutes. :( I'm buckling down this week and really starting to count my calories. I just don't really know how many I'm supposed to eat. I'm nursing and burning an extra 750 cals with working out. I'm giving myself 1500 a day. Is that to much? What are you guys doing for workouts?

i'm also looking for some online support its really hard to do it alone i have a really big goal i have to loose about 130 lbs. my weight is not only from my kids but from a medical issue. so me loosing weight is extreamly important. if your interested just let me know we can't chat and find out some more about each other are weeknesses and are strenghts in weightloss. thanks tonya
