I am a mommy of 3 (4yrs, 2yrs, and 8months). A friend and I have started a new fitness plan for the new year, and I feel great so far. We alternate between different Wii games ( Wii Fit Plus, Gold's Gym shape boxing, and Your Shape) and keep each other motivated. The games are fun so you don't feel like it a chore.

Hi Morgan,

I need to lose about 50 lbs.and would also love to have someone to help me stay motivated. I live on the other side of the country (in Maryland) but would like to keep in touch online. I have 4 boys (10yrs, 8yrs, 5yrs & 8mos.) I don't think it matters too much what kind of exercise you do, it's the consistency that is important. That's usually my problem. If you have a stroller and can walk, esp. hills are good. It's way too cold here to do that but I work in the daycare at a Gold's gym. I get paid minimum wage and get my gym membership for free. I can also bring my 8 mo. old with me to work or to work out. There might be a gym near you that does something similar. Good luck.
