Hi! I have 2 kids a 2.5 r old and a 9 month old and am a sahm, there just doesn't seem to be enough time (and energy) in the day for me to exercise. I've managed to lose the pregnancy weight, I'm back down to 125, but I'm flabby. I need some tips/techniques that I can fit into my busy lifestyle. Particularly I NEED to tone my abs, butt, hips and thighs. I usually get cardio in several times a week by walking the dog, but would REALLY appreciate some advice from anyone about how to tone these areas!!
