I am a mother of 3 & my youngest is 3. I gained no wait with the 2nd & 3rd child, so basically I am carrying around baby fat from baby #1. I am so not motivated to exercise, but I soooooooooo need to lose this extra 20 pounds I can't seem to get rid of. Any other suggestions besides Just get up & exercise. I know I need to do that, but what else can I do to alter my non-motivation???
