Hello I weight 205lbs. But before pregnancy I weighed 170. I gave birth by C section and still have not loss any weight. I have did all the natural things, exercise eating healthy, i walk 5 miles 4x a week and eat veggies and fruits lots of water and lean meat i have been doing this for 6months and only lost 6 lbs. i want to try a supplement/pill whatever you wanna call it i need a boost. i am 205lbs and i want to lose 50lbs i know its not easy but i will lose it. So someone please tell me and good supplements i could use for weight loss ,fat burning etc. please tell me if you yourself have used any products. i would like to know the name and your weight before and after you finished and how long it took to lose the weight using the supplement!!THANKS you GUYS ARE GREAT ON HERE!!!

First, are you a nursing mother? If so, consult your MD before taking any kind of weight loss supplement.
Otherwise, I recommend B12 shots!!!
B12 increases energy and metabolism. I get a shot once a month, but the MD you see will determine how often or much you need to see and feel results.
Google B12 shots in your city, state and make sure it is an MD/Natural Path, not just a spa place.

Honestly, instead of looking at pills you should really look at monitoring your heart rate, finding your max hr, keeping it there, you need to figure out the amount of calories you should be in taking during the day and burn a good portion of your calories. Are you tracking what you are eating vs what you are outputting? You might want to try looking at myfitnesspal.com or sparkpeople.com to track your nutrition. Using supplements are not long term solutions. If you do not learn the mistakes that are going on now you will be destined to put the weight back on when you stop using the supplements.

I have had 2 c/s and latest was 2 months ago. I have lost weight and inches. I see you listed your goals and what you have been doing. You said you walk but is it a casual walk or are you pumping those arms to get your heartrate up. Yes, walking is good but in order to take things to next level u have to Up your effort.
