ok..... I do cardio 6 days a week for 40 min, along with 100 sit-ups...I am really satisfied with the results, but I want my arms toned and for some reason I have fat in my underarm area that sticks out over some tank tops and I want to get rid of it!!! Where did it come from when i am so small everywhere else!! LOL...its hilarious!
