I am 122 pds I want to lose weight at least be up to 105 to 107 pds. It's really hard to be motivated. What could I do to keep myself motivated? I need advise. I lost a lot of weight back then just exercising but now that I gain back all the weight it's hard now and it makes me frustrated to be motivated. Is there any way to get my mojo back lol

Jessica, I can help you! I'd be happy to teach you how to do nutritional cleansing on the CELLULAR level (has nothing to do with hanging out by the bathroom!) AND plug you into supportive community...

Stubborn excess weight usually signifies presence of internal toxicity and traditional diets do little to address that issue. Another common problem is mineral deficiency b/c our food is nutritionally bankrupt today. Third, there can be a disturbance in alkaline/acidic balance in your body. Also, there are likely emotional reasons holding you back...

I've helped hundreds of people so far with the above issues. Most people release about 15-20 lbs. a month on my program, while improving their sleep, having tons of energy, and keeping their lean muscle. Oh, and there's typically no sagging skin either!

Message me your phone number and best time to call. I'd be happy to follow up. My number is 515-441-9671.
