Weather condition workouts

I need some advice on how to keep fit! Lately we've had a lot of cold fronts and rain which keeps me from getting my daily workout. Most of the time I walk 2 miles, but the weather has kept me from doing that. I do have a Wii fit but since I'm attending college at this time I have a hard time finding time to use it, plus my children want to snatch it from me...lol! Any advice will help! Thanks!!

If you get a Wiggles DVD, play it and join in the dancing. The kids can join in too and you may also laugh and giggle alot while youre doing this (but this is good for your tummy) I guarantee that you will work up a sweat! Otherwise, strangely enough housework is a good disguise for exercise, sweeping and mopping works on the flabby bits on your arms, and tummy. As does polishing, cleaning windows or scrubbing bathrooms. Use stairs if you are in a house. Hire a bicycle, or treadmill, they are pretty affordable now and the good thing is you can also change them over if you get a bit bored. Hire exercise DVDs from the hire shop, again so you can change them over.

can you find stairs to run or walk?

lunges across any room are great for you legs and butt.

you can do dips on chairs or curls with weighted bags.

jumping rope is excellent cardio.

before i found a gym, i ran my stairs at home and use a set of dumbells for arms.

planks are great for abs. do push ups, or if you can't do them, start out with negatives. get into push up position and slowly lower yourself and then get back up and repeat.
