After I had my first daughter I realized..Wow i ate way too much during this pregnancy. I treated it as a free ticket to eat anything!! Without fully realizing "hey im carrying a precious gift here, the aim isnt to just eat, its to eat right." Well that wouldve helped me 80 lbs and two asses earlier. I didnt quite get back to what I was before I had my second child. i lost 70 lbs of the baby weight though. Over a year later. Now after having my son and realizing before hand that healthy eating and a bit of exercise is good for everyone I gained the appropriate amount and shed ALL of my baby weight plus 10 more lbs and am at my pre preg weight I was before my first child came to the picture. Now Im still not "healthy" and am thinking of going completely vegan. Any thoughts or tips?
