What do you suggest I do? I have a gym membership, so I want to make sure it doesn't go to waste. I don't have the time to make it to aerobics classes, or the prenatal yoga, because of work. But I am able to use the weights and cardio machines. What did you do? I've been pretty athletic my whole life, so I'm not a beginner. I know how to use everything. I'm a little "green" because during my first pregnancy (my LO is 11 months old) I couldn't work out or exercise at all because of a pinched nerve in my lower back cause pain even just to go walking. I'm open to any and all suggestions!!
