Hi Nicole.  I was in your position not too long ago!  Congratulations on your little peanut!  With 2 kids myself, I find that the best time to get in my workouts is at 5:30am, or before they get up.  That way I've got it in with a quiet house, showered and ready for the day before they need breakfast.  I also followed a pretty rigerous working regime, called P90X (heard of it?) while nursing and I had no problems with milk supply.  I think if we leave the workouts to do during  naps or at night, they get brushed aside.  Or, so long as you can "schedule" it, then you'll find time and know it's part of your day.  does that help?  I'd be more than happy to offer some suggestions to good at home workout programs that will save you time and money.  You can get a fabulous workout in just under an hour.  No gym, no trainers...just you and your personal trainer, the TV! :)  Let me know.  Happy to help.
