Hi Anne, wear a tummy controlled girdle all day. Exercise in it by doing squats and pull in pelvic floor to belly button. Cook, clean, take care of kids do everything in it and buy it a little smaller than you normal size. Drink 10 bottles of water daily. Drink lemon water 2 times a day no sugar. Eat more fruits and veggies and get your vitamin D checked. GO FOR IT! I DID IT YOU CAN DO IT TOOO.
