I too am trying to loose some weight for a weddin in July, The biggest thing for me is being in the right mental state! After i'm done working a hard, sweaty workout I wait at leat an hour before i eat after i excersise! This helps to still burn off those calories you were working on before. Than I eat slowly, drinking lots of water, juice or milk inbetween bites! This fills me up faster and i dont eat as much! Also, some times when poeple work out they tend to want to eat more than usual ( cause they have burned EXTRA calories) Just have the mental state that you hav'nt work out and make sure to watch what and how much you eat @ meals =) Good luck!

Hi Rula, I have played the weight rolla coaster for years; but overall I have mantained a good wieght and muscle mass. There is no easy answered the key to wieght lose is eating right and exercise. There are a few quick temporary solutions, but note that you will be loosing mostly water weight not fat. Try to stop eating complex carbs after 5pm- that means breads, grains, anything that is not a vegtable or fruit. Drink at least 72 ounce of water a day. If you start walking at least 30 min. a day this will also increase your results. I lost 30 lbs. last year after gainning wait from my forth child. I completely stayed away from complex carbs for 3 months and hit the gym at least 3 times a week. Now I am working on light lifting, balance, stregth trainning, and maintaining a balanced diet. Let me know if you have any questions. Its hard to tell you what has cause your platue without knowing more about your diet and excercise schedule.
