Hi ladies, I have been off and on with my diets and eating right. It is driving me crazy!! First of all, I absolutely love food, there is no denying that, lol! I first gained all my weight when I was pregnant with my 1st child, I was stressed because my husband was deployed and not to mention I had to be on bed rest. I was just stressed that whole yr. Then when I had my 2nd child I lost a few pounds while pregnant with her and then my husband deployed a few months later, but surprisingly, I actually lost more pounds while he was gone. But low and behold, when my husband came back from deployment I simply gained all that weight back. But honestly, I don't know how I lost it cuz I really wasnt trying. So, now I think im just gaining more weight. I try to work out, but after maybe a week or so, I get bored of it and fall off the schedule. But now my husband and I started a diet together and I've actually been sticking to it!! YAY ME!! But sad to say, I havent been working out like I should either. So after a long story, I guess I'm just asking for advice and you guys support. I really want to lose about 40lbs to start off and then maybe a few extra after I reach that goal. So I'm willing to listen to anything you got to lay on me. Thanks in advance!!
