Since December 2009 I have lost a little over 50 pounds....I still have about 30 more I would like to lose. I lost the weight by cutting out all fast food, sugar and only drinking water. I also exercise 5 to 6 days a week. Over summer I took a break from the exercising, but still maintained my new eating habits. I didn't gain any weight back, but I didn't lose any either. Now that the kids are back in school I have resumed my workouts but am no longer losing weight and am getting frustrated. Any suggestions for "kick starting" weight loss???
