Hello ladies,
I wanted to send out some yummy recipes that you might enjoy! So here is the first one....
Cinnamon Ricotta Crunch
1 cup of skim ricotta cheese
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. slivered almonds
1/2 cup of berries
Scoop the ricotta cheese into a bowl. Mix in the cinnamon and berries. Top with slivered almonds. Enjoy!!

Protein: 12 g
Carbs: 25 g
Fiber: 2.5 g
Fat total: 6 g
Remember to stay hydrated!! Try to drink at least 6-8, eight-ounce glasses of water daily!!
