im 31 years a mother of 2 my eldest will be 5 in october and my youngest is 7 months old, now im 54 kgs i want to go back to my weight b4 getting pregnant which is 47 can guide, i do circuit workout around 3-4 times a week since may and have started atkins diet but couldnt contintue pls help to get back to my shape

If you are exercising 3-4 times a week, then you need to evaluate your diet. Honestly I hate the word diet and can not do one to save my life. I wrote down all the food that I was putting in my mouth for one week and I was honest with it. Once I saw what I was really consuming, it made me rethink what I need and didn't need. I just started with little changes. I switched my regular pasta noodles to whole grain. ( I am a huge Italian eater) I tried to start eating more fiber and during my snack time. Fiber one bars are great. I also started to make my portion sizes a little smaller. Like I said, I can't diet. I LOVE food way too much to restrict myself. I just do it in smaller doses.
