What is the Circle of Moms Real Deal?
The Real Deal is the latest product from Circle of Moms designed to connect moms to the right people and resources in their local community.  We offer deep discounts on high quality products and services for you and your family, including kids activities, restaurants, spas, and household services, to name a few.  We seek out great local businesses recommended by the millions of moms that make up Circle of Moms and that our 8 million+ community members have recommended to us to feature on our site.
We offer deals multiple times each week, which you will conveniently receive in your Inbox once you sign up.
How do I become a member?
Enter your e-mail address and city at the top of the page in order to receive Real Deals when they are available in your city.
I see that you are "Powered by HomeRun".  What does that mean?
HomeRun is the technology partner that we have chosen to power the Real Deal service.  They provide the technology platform that enables you to see and purchase new Real Deals multiple times a week and the services to ensure that the local businesses offering the Real Deal know that you are coming.  You can learn more about their service at http://www.homerun.com/about.
I wan to modify my credit card information.  What should I do?
As our service provider, HomeRun manages all of your credit card information in a highly secure manner.  If you'd like to modify your credit card information in any way, please go to http://www.homerun.com/account and enter your Circle of Moms e-mail address.
Do these deals have special rules and restrictions?
Some deals do in fact have special rules, restrictions, or other things you should note before buying. These can be found in the 'Tips' section of the deal page. As a supplement to the fine print, you should read through our standard deal rules to make sure that you understand the terms of the deal.
I’m not sure I want to use the full value of my Real Deal in one visit. Can I save some for later?
Unfortunately, the answer is no.  Real Deals are good for one visit only (unless otherwise specified).
I just purchased a Real Deal and I want to use it today. Can I?
It depends. If your Real Deal is not tied to a specific date of use (make sure to check the Tips section), you are wide open to use your voucher whenever you want. If your Real Deal is for a location or service that requires reservations, make sure to plan ahead to make sure you get a time that works for your schedule.
I can’t print my Real Deal. Why is that?
In the rare instance that your Real Deal is not immediately ready for print when the deal is over, we’ll email it to you within an hour or two.
I have another offer for the same place as the Real Deal I just purchased. Can I use both at the same time?
Would you take two people on the same date? (Answer void if you live in Utah.) Your HomeRun is good enough to stand alone. Every once in awhile one of our merchants will let you bring additional discounts, but unless we tell you otherwise, save those other offers at home in the coupon drawer where they belong.
This Real Deal would make a great gift. Is that okay?
Yes, you can give your Real Deal to whomever you want. Soon, we’ll have a gifting option so you can share Real Deals with other moms including a special message.
My Real Deal is for a restaurant. Can I use this for alcohol?
As long as you’re 21, yes.
My Real Deal is for a restaurant. Will this include tax and tip?
Our restaurant deals never include tax and tip. By the way, when you’re tipping, make sure to tip on the pre-Real Deal check.
I'm not getting your emails or they go to spam. How can I fix this?
First of all, we're sorry about that. We're doing our best to get in every inbox as we should be. You should go to our email help page for instructions on how to quickly add us to your address book so our mails will always get through.
What can I do if something goes wrong with my purchase?
We really hope you never have problems with your HomeRun experience, but we understand that sometimes things go wrong. We're always here to help our members and we be reached by email at circleofmoms@homerun.com and by phone at 1-800-HOME-RUN.
How safe is my personal and payment information?
Your personal information is heavily protected.  Your credit card information is never stored on Circle of Moms' or HomeRun's servers as it moves straight to a high-security electronic vault via a safe encrypted channel. You as a user can do your part to maintain safety of your personal information and purchasing history by opting for a strong password containing letters, numbers, and symbols and having sufficient length.
I know a business that would be perfect for the Circle of Moms Real Deal. What do I do?
Let that business owner know about the Circle of Moms Real Deal, explain to them the benefits of a huge number of new customers for free, and have them contact us at realdeal@circleofmoms.com where they can learn more and apply. If you refer a business, have them mention your name when they talk to us. If we end up running an offer with them, we'll be sure to thank you generously.
When will you be live in my city?
If you see your city in our 'city selector' then we will have offers for you very soon. We want to make sure that we partner with the best family-oriented businesses in your community before launching.  If you don't see your city, let us know by e-mailing us at realdeal@circleofmoms.com or follow us on Facebook or Twitter.  Let us know what businesses you want to see included in the program and in which communities we should launch.  If enough moms are interested, we'll be sure to find Real Deals in your community as soon as we can.
