Did your babies switch from taking their normal amount of formula to an ounce more, just one feeding after the other? The first time Kylie's feeding incresed, she did it gradually: 2oz to 2.5oz, to 3oz then to 4 over several days and weeks. Just yesterday, She went from her usual 4oz straight to 5oz from one feeding to the next. I just thought it was wierd.

My daughter is now 6 months and drinking 5-6 oz at a time.

My daughter was a preemie and started at 2 ounces that quickly changed to 3 in the matter of a week or so..she is now tam weeks old and drinking 4oz although one day she drank nothing but 5 Ounces.you just dont know with this girl lol

My first child, Lilly (who is now 3), jumped with the amount, she went from 2 oz to 3oz to 4oz, to 6oz to 8oz. If I remember correctly it was pretty quick too. My newborn started out at about 1- 1 1/2 oz and is now at 2-3oz per feeding, depending on his mood. Lol he is 6 days old now =)

My daughter was a preemie so she was at 2 oz when she left the hospital at 17 days old and at 3 ounces at her 2 month well baby check up. Now she's back at 4 oz after wanting 5oz for about 3 days...I just don't know about my little girl! She's unpredictable =] She woke up at 4 this morning and ate 2 oz... meaning she wasn't hungry, just wanted to suck on something to get back to sleep. That brat! lol.

but then again, kayla started with 4 oz b/c i thought that because a newborn bottle was 4 oz, that's how much a newborn ate...lol.

kayla went from 4 oz to 6 to 8. she's 4 months old. not even quite that. seriously? i'm so shocked!!
