My husband and I are wanting to look into adopting a child, but many years ago we had children services at our door our 1 boy was sick and they tried to say the problem was me, but he had acid reflux and would lose weight scary. Does anyone think we would have a chance to adopt a child?

As long as they closed the case and marked it as unsubstantiated you should be fine.
