Just wanted to say Hi, I'm Becky! Our family just moved to Athens, Georgia in December, we moved from virginia beach virginia and might I say what a change indeed!!! we're a anvy family so we're only here for about 8 months!! but so far I love it!! and I wish you lived closer so I could take maddy to swimming lessons, a little girl I abbysat for fell in her pool and nearly drowned but she is in a permanent vegatative state now, I can only imagine how painful it is for her family!!!

My name is Desiree. I live in Middle GA (Warner Robins) with my 2 kids and fiance. I am getting married this year. I am still working on the formal events, lol. Nothing big something very small. I am currently a student at Macon State College majoring in Health Information Management. I have been a SAHM for the last year and it took a little getting use to. I had been working since I was 16 and when I relocated here from Washington, DC I realized that there is a drastic difference in the job market. LOL.  I work from home as a Head Hunter providing services in resume writing, job hunting and overall career development. I enjoy living in Warner Robins and look forward to conversing with my fellow Georgia Moms.

Yes, they keep me REALLY busy!  Some days I feel like I am walking around clueless b/c I don't have time to think.  haha

Hi Cristy. Middle GA is considered Macon and surrounding communities which you probably do know but many people when they hear GA only think of Atlanta of course. I live in Warner Robins which is just South of Macon.



So you were wondering about swim lessons. The program that I work with is called Infant Swimming Resource or ISR. It has been around for 40 years and targets teaching children 6 months - 6 years swimming skills that will give them the skills that they need to self rescue should they have an accidental encounter with the water. I would encourage you to research the availability of lessons early as many instructors with our program have a waiting list and fill up early. You can figure out if you have an instructor close by by visiting the National website at www.infantswim.com and using your zip code to find one convenient to you. This program is unique and you will be very pleased with the skills your children are taught and the training and qualifications of instructors in our program.



I see you have 2 little boys who are very close in age. They are very cute. I'm sure they are a joy to you and keep you busy. My son and daughter are now 18 and 16 so they were close in age too and I really enjoyed this time..it is precious.
