Starting Clomid Soon...advice?

Hi everybody, my name is Stephanie and my huband and I have been trying to conceive for close to 3 years now with no luck. I got pregnant with my 7yr old daughter when I was 18, and apparently had no problem then! We have had all the tests {sperm motility, hysterosalpinogram etc...} and there are no recognizable barriers.! The doc gave me a script for Clomid, which is now filled, sitting on my dresser, waiting until my next cycle. I guess my question[s] are: any info on what to expect with Clomid, and is there anything else I can do to boost my chances?
I would really appreciate any help you can offer, I am starting to get REALLY bummed out! Thanks Guys!
