So many women out there are doing things for other people out of guilt or should . Days or weeks and sometimes years later they realize that they are angry . Some Women i talk with don't even know why they are so angry They just know their sick and tired . Your life was never meant to be lived for everyone else ! It is meant to be lived for YOU ! I had children for me { i get so much joy raising them} I got married for me { I get so much joy being in a trusting relationship where i am loved } I pursue True Happiness for me { when i am truly happy everyone around me is effected} When i am free to say No my Yes is so much more powerful ! When it comes down to those things you don't really want to do {but you know they are wise or will really benefit your life and someone else's { I say find a YOU reason to want to } When I invest in other people it makes me proud of me ! helping people when i want to helps ME feel great !
