alright ladies, I am desperate now! My twins are closing in on 4 years old, they are still not speaking and not potty trained, not so much of a problem with some professional help, the problem is that they keep pooing on their walls and smearing it around. I know that alot of people have this problem, I have tried everything I could to get it to stop (pajamas get taken off, backwards pajamas they just help each other get them off, separate them and they don't go to sleep, make them help me clean it makes them think it's fun, make them clean it themselves and it never gets clean) Now I know some are asking why I am at my wits end, it's because this has been going on twice a week for over a year and I am losing all patience with them, now a days I walk into their room in the morning and see the poo, I turn around and walk out, I just don't want to do it anymore, I don't want to have to deal with it (I know it sounds selfish but I really don't care, I need help!)

We have tried seeking professional help, we had a woman tell us that they would potty train easier if they were speaking, then charged us through the nose to teach them how to say bubble (a word they already knew)

i have been potty training, I have even had them sit on the toilet ALL day long for 3 straight days, I am doing everything I can in that respect, but what I NEED is to get the "poo art" to stop, I have tried duct tape, they stretched it out until they could reach into eachother's diapers (they may not be speaking, but man howdy they sure do figure things out quick... why can't they figure out peepee and poopoo in the potty?)

I would definitely agree with the potty training.
If for some reason you can't potty train them (I noticed the speech delay, is there something more?) you can also try duct tape. Wrap it around the diaper a couple times and it should stick through the night.
It's tough when we just don't know what to do for/with our kids. Good luck with your twins :)

poopy walls means it is time to potty train. what could it hurt anyway you already got poop everywhere. say bye bye diaper and get the plastic undies. my son was trained b4 he could talk.. just my opinion
