Geia sas! My name is Christine, and I'm born and raised in Greece. My father, Giorgio, still lives in Greece (Agia Pareskevi and Kalamata), and I grew up in Agios Dimitrios (or Braxami, as we used to call it), and spent a lot of time as a teenager in Glyfada and Voula. I spent my summers in a really small village about 40 km from Kalamata, aptly named Psari, and used to make the long trip to the beach at Kalo Nero. The last time I was in Greece was the summer of 2008, but I'm hoping to make a trip soon (when my 16 month old most likely turns around three). I live in NC now, and I was happy to see a thread for Greek moms!

Good day! I'm in Houston, Tx. I have 4 kids. 3 are grown and on their own and I now have been blessed with a new one. Yianni is 6 months old now. Yes, at the age of 45, we got a little surprise! We love him!

Kali mera :-) I'm from Munich, Germany. Used to live in Minnesota for a while....I have 3 kids, 2 boys (9 and 3) and a little one year old girl :-) Nice to see some other greek moms around. Even though I have to admit, that I'm only half greek. Only my mother is greek. Actually going to Greece again this summer....I'm excited.
