I heard that George was leaving, but not right away. And all of the Grey's Anatomy cast signed the same contract for 2 more seasons.

I just love the whole Grey's Anatomy cast.. I wish none of them were leaving. TR played the character of George very well. I can't wait for the new season to start.

I won't believe anything till I see if with my own eyes!! If it's true that Izzy lives and George dies she will probably see "dead George" instead of "dead Denny!" LOL!!!

I have heard that George will still be on the show, but he will have to get his face reconstructed...so it won't be TR. I really like TR playing George :( As for Izzy, I haven't heard anything...I can't wait till the season starts!!

My husband thought both were "dead". I kept hearing that only one would be "dying". So I thought the person leaving the show would be Izzy, because of her movie career. I hope it's not George, I like to rout for the underdog. Come on September, I can't wait much more!

The season finale came as a complete shock. I'm glad Izzy will live but I loved George' character. But just like real life the show must go on. I will still be a fan.

Personally I think Izzy needs to stay at least for one more season to keep the sparks flying with Karev. But seriously.. George has been really downplayed this last season. I would not really miss him. I think he is kind of overrated. Although it is awesome when he finally gets up the guts to put one of the other characters in their place.

now I heard that georges character may be staying but it wont be played by TR? Which is still a shame because I loved him as George. I'm hoping that they are all just messing around with the public to generate more ratings. I soooo want George to stay!

I saw on a Canadian news channel that George is gone but Izzy is coming back, for sure. I read in a tabloid magazine that T.R. wanted out of his contract because his 19year old boyfriend talked him into it by telling him he is too big for tv and should be in movies. Im very sad I loved George

I read online somehwere that T.R. Knight was going to be leaving for sure. As for Katherine Heigl, I'm not sure. I know the writers are trying to decide on whether to keep her on the show or not. She was reportedly leaving the show at the end of the season until she released a statement saying that she didn't want to and was leaving it up to the writers on what to do with her character. So from what I've heard, It's all still up in the air about whats going to happen next...

I know that I couldn't believe the ending of the season finale. I knew that Izzy was having talks about her contract so I thought that I might see her "die" especially with the cancer but never anticipated George.
