Do you really believe that they killed off George O'Malley? I'm asking because of how everything happend. We didn't see him get hit by the bus and the charater was was unrecognizable. I know that Callie identified him by a freckle on his hand but I believe that there will be a twist or something like it was a family member and they will bring George back on. What do you think?

he's gone he quit the show now he's working on broadway. and it was meredith who discovered it was him with their on going gag off 007 he told her it was him and also when izzy died she saw a dead george waiting for her. he is not comming back

yes george is actually gone because he told merdith that he was double 007 towards the end before he died

omg i missed that episode and omg i hope he will come back! well hey when liz was diagonosed with cancer we all thought she was dead and came back you never know!

George really is gone, sad to say. he was one of my fav characters. im sure they could do a thing like they did with denny, (which was way annoying) but, i dont see that happening...T.R.Knight said he was done...i really liked him though. hmmm...

T.R. Knight has stated in interviews that he has gotten all he can from that character and wanted to move on to theater work. Now, it is true that it is possible to bring him back sometime in the future. But unfortuanly I don't see that happening. I wish they would have killed off Izzie instead. I liked George better than Izzie.

I don't think so just because they showed him at the very end with Izzie when she died. I really think he's gone. Which sucks because he was my favorite character but all good things come to an end!
