What is everyone's opinion on a gun for a woman? I've heard revolver from sooo many guys and it's getting kind of old. I don't have a gun yet, but I have no interest in a revolver. I like the new Glock Slimline and was curious if anyone has ever shot one? I'd like to know what guns you guys carry also! And do you carry concealed?

My personal fave is a .45, specifically model 1911-A. Even my .22 for plinking is modeled after it. I've heard a lot of women say they prefer a .380 or a 9mm, but neither is up to a .45's "knock-down" power, IMO. I do not have a CC permit simply because my fingerprints aren't on file anywhere and I'd like to keep it that way. PS. Love the name!!! (I've never met anyone who has the same name I have, lol.)
