I put on 50lbs in the end and shock horror an extra 2 lbs after. I found that Seb sleeps in his stroller for about 45 mins to and hour so at nap time i bundle him up and we walk and jog around the park. I have 10lbs still left to lose but its taken ages to come off. In my next pregnancy i'll definately lay off the french fries dipped in ice cream!
Nice one Meghan! Going in the morning helps I think. If I go in the morning I feel like I dont want to give in to temptation so much otherwise it cancels out my workout.

Andrea I'm with you, I gained about 60 as well, and it's not easy getting it off. I've just started running and counting calories. No fun, but it's necessary :(

laura, i couldn't be more jealous. i gained about 60 lbs, and so much for the trade off....my baby was 10 lbs 2 oz.!!!! i lost about 20 lbs in the hospital and about 15 lbs since then (september) without really doing much. now i'm starting to use pilates dvd's to get back in shape.....i find it's convenient to start a workout after the baby goes down for her nap - if she wakes up i just pause it and finish it when i have a chance again!

I was one of the lucky ones that everyone hates. I gained 27 lbs and it was gone within 6 weeks... but I did deliver a 9 lbs 3 oz baby so I guess there is a trade off :) I have started jogging in the evenings to try and lose some more weight.
