My surviving twin will be 15 next month. Who would have thought that I would have ever survived. The Holdiays are usually rough for me but as the years go on It's still a day of rememberance and celebration of a life that was short but impacted more people than most of us can do in a lifetime!

Hi Kimberly, my surviving twin is only 3 but i can relate to all your thoughts as far as holidays etc go. It's so bittersweet to see them growing up knowing there should have been 2 for you to watch. And it is amazing that even though they're not here, you think about them every dayand i personally wonder 'what if". The only thing that keeps me kind of sane is to believe "everything happens for a reason" and i can assure you i'll be asking "him" for a reason when i get there and it better be a bloody good one!!
If your comfortable discussing it, please write and tell me your story, the whole reason i wanted to start this was to share our experiences with others who understand what you have been through and maybe offer some advice on how they coped etc as everyone handles emotions in a different way.
