Bird eater

My daughter really does not enjoy eating. She's almost 3 and all she wants is snacks. some moms tell me to just let her eat what she wants....but i don't want her to get into the habit of eating unhealthy. She does eat some of the food i give her and i know all u can do is be patient and keep trying...but im worried that she's not gaining enough weight...any thoughts?

As long as she is eating halthy snacks, carrot sticks and broccoli with maybe some dips or fruit. Crackers with peanut butter or protien rich spread. Maybe some boiled eggs or fried (maybe in metal cookie cutter for shape). I also use the cookie cutters to cut out toasted cheese sandwitches.

Nutrition is the most important......not weight
