I have an awesome cookbook called Deceptively Delicious. All the recipes in it have wonderful ideas on how to get your entire family to eat healthy by hiding fruits or veggies in the dishes, even with things like grilled cheese, macaroni, and chicken nuggets! It's all great, I've made quite a few of the recipes and it's been a hit with the whole family every time! I would definitely suggest checking it out, especially if you have picky eaters, or just a hard time getting all the fruits and veggies incorporated into your daily meals.
I don't know what I'd do without this book!
