Hi I am a new Mom not much experienced,my baby is going to be 6 months next week,'thanks to almighty Allah'.I am v happy now I have to start solid:) So I want suggestion......:)

Hello,



The most important factor for baby food is the puree's consistency. Six-month-old babies have not mastered mashing food with their gums or swallowing thick purees. Most baby-food companies categorize food in stages: stage one is a thin puree, stage two is a thicker puree and stage three has chunks of fruit or vegetable in a thick puree. Most 6-month old babies can eat stage-two foods.



It's a good idea to expose baby to a variety of different foods and textures. The traditional baby foods do not have to be bland. Instead, try spicing up baby's food with seasonings already found in your kitchen. Paprika, parsley and cumin can help liven up traditional baby food like squash or carrots while expanding your baby's palate.

Well since my Daughter was a preemie with tons of allergies the first food I was told to feed her was plain avocado. She loved it!!



The doctor said it was less likely to cause an allergic reaction or upset her tummy.



They say to always start with the veggies before the fruits.



Greens first then the others and then fruits.
