Ones that come from the earth and not processed in factories... If you start your kids eating whole foods when they are little they will not like unhealthy food when they get bigger. My kids diets are mostly nuts, dried fruits, fresh fruits and veggies, natural yogurt, cheese, eggs, organic meats and wild fish, potatoes and brown rice, lentils and beans... I hope some of these ideas are useful for you!

I would say let them try anything they are willing to try. If you are eating something and your little one wants to try it then let them.
