Ones that come from the earth and not processed in factories... If you start your kids eating whole foods when they are little they will not like unhealthy food when they get bigger. My kids diets are mostly nuts, dried fruits, fresh fruits and veggies, natural yogurt, cheese, eggs, organic meats and wild fish, potatoes and brown rice, lentils and beans... I hope some of these ideas are useful for you!
