You can make pizza a more healthy treat for your son. :)
Make it by hand, do not buy it.. At least then you know there isn't any added preservatives or nastys being put in. Blend up veggies and put them in the tomato sauce for the base, add mushrooms and whatever else then a bit of cheese, the meat and maybe more cheese. Hopefully putting the veggies on first will help "disguise" them and he wont know he ate them to after. ;)
Let him "help" with making dinner and grocery choices when making your list. Kids love to help!
Have him make the salad for dinner (you cut it all up, he mixes and adds it in). Let him choose once in a while between two choices (like, chicken or beef).
Making everything into shapes is another great way to get little ones to eat.
Or try making smoothies! All kids love smoothies.. There are tons of great recepies online you can find that are fruit smoothies with veggies "hidden" in them.

Try making it into a face or a shape he likes to serve it. You can also blend veggies and fruit and add to meals he already eats. He wouldn't notice a little cauliflower in his mashed potatoes.
If he is ok with texture, you can give him apple sauce. They come in a container like yogurt. Worse case just cut up a variety of different fruits or veggies for a snack. Let him know that he can't have anything else until it's finished.
