Babies first birthday and looking for an all natural recipe that doesn't include dairy, bleached flour nor sugar.. any suggestions?

Yes, I researched just like you. and found one. I made it for my sons first birthday and I am sorry to tell you that it had the texture of a rubber tire.

But since then I've found that you can substitute with almond milk, or coconut milk/cream (yum!) in recipes and try Mama's coconut blend gluten free flour or research gluten free pastry flours. It needs to be light. Applesauce is always a good replacement for sugar in cakes.

I just did a quick Google search Vegan Cake Recipes and A LOT popped up! Just see which one tickles your fancy.



We have an awesome bakery in town that whips them up so if I need one for school I have them make it. You could always call bakeries if you don't want to make one.
