All three of my kids start their day with a green energy drink by My Nurish - Everyday Fruits and Greens. One scoop of the greens blend (mixed in 10 oz of juice or water) is equal to 25 servings of fruits and vegetables! They love it and request it! If 10 oz of a beverage is too much, use half a scoop. Pureed caulifower and mashed potatoes with all the fixings! Very popular at my house. I also put carrots in the blender and add to any recipe that uses ground meat (spagetti, etc.) And yes, lik Marina, I use Deceptively Delicous.

I've used some recepies from Deceptively delisious and the sneaky chef cookbookd. Some of my favs are pure of stemed brokoly and spinach mixed into ground meat for meatballs toped with pasta sauce mixed in backed sweet potatoe pure and steamed carots pure. When you are short on time you can mix in baby food pure.

steam some carrots, blend them up, and mix them into spaghetti sauce for pasta, or my friend breads fried chicken with the carrot puree instead of eggs. I've not tried that but it might be worth a shot

Personal fave is home made pasta sauce u can add woteva suits you while they are not lookin as long as u puree it first they will never know-peppers,courgettes,celery,mushrooms,onions & carrots to name but a few r fab to hide and make great tasting sauces-if they dont like strong flavours use creme fraiche or cream to soften it a bit first!!!

I was going to say mix veggies in something that they can't see. I made individual meat loaf tonight with pureed cauliflower and carrots. My oldest daughter did not eat all of it, but did have a couple of bites. She dislikes any veggies. She didn't seem to like, but my youngest daughter that does not like meat ate it all up plus finished her sisters. Just make sure the veggie is the same color. If you make a chocolate cake or even a spice cake add a can of pumkin. I found a recipe for Red velvet cake using beets instead of red food coloring. Mix pureed cauliflower into pancakes and scrabled eggs. I think a little at a time is better then nothing at all. Just make sure the veggies are really pureed so it is smooth like if you were given it to a baby. It is worth a try! My mom use to do that too to get my sister to eat her veggies. however, she never pureed it she just tried to hide them. Everyone is differnt sometimes I think my daughter knows something isn't right. Good luck and if you find anything that works pass it along.
