Hey, Im in the process of becoming a License daycare and i have now convinced parents to allow me to make luch for all the kids in order to save time and because the foods they were bringing were pathedic (not a veggie in months).

I need to find lunch ideas for them, they are all under 3 and picky. I think with time they'll learn they have to eat well at my house but its hard to come up with ideas!

My childminder gets an organic farm box delivered every week, and then she looks through cook books and adapts adult recipes for the children, so she'd replace anything she didnt want in it, or leave it out strong things like herbs. Omlettes are always good as they can be so variable but the eggs are so healthy for young children (unless there are allergies!)
