The options are endless! Some of our son's favorites are...chicken, beef roast with potatoes, carrots and onions, pork chops, lamb chops, steak, seafood (he loves crab!), all kinds of fresh veggies, all kinds of fresh fruit, beans, cubed cheese of all kinds, avocado, homemade hummus and pita bread, homemade casseroles, homemade soup, grilled cheese, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, mac and cheese, tofu, homemade pizza, whole grain rice, whole grain pasta with white sauce and garlic. I love to cook and have made all of our son's meals from the time he started eating solids at 6 months. I tend to use fresh, local and organic foods as much as possible, not to say that we don't enjoy treats once in a while. Have fun exploring all kinds of fresh foods! :)
