My 3 year old loves Salad .. We make it with the ranch dressing and we add strawberries ,grapes ..anything else she wants and she will eat it surprisingly . When we go out to eat she loves when I order Salads as well, she will be the first to dig into it. Other to that she eats all fruits and vegetables ..

I think banana strawberry ice cream .a lot of kids like ice cream and banana and strawberry are healthy. and they have milk in ice cream. but not for this time of the day because its cold. or maybe apples with carmel because they like the sweet but yet they are eating a healthy fruit.

Any kind of berries and bananas. He loves carrots and broccoli. You could offer him candy and he would tell you he would rather have berries. And he is only 2.=]

We have 9 kids so snacks are a MUST in our house! I always have a couple of bowls out on the counter or coffee-table with dried fruit in them so the kids can just grab a couple pieces here & there throughout the day. It's keeps their sweet tooth at bay & is much better for them!
I noticed through the years that when my kids complain of being hungry, a lot of times it's because they are thirsty, so I keep water in the fridge for them.

It varies depending on my fickle son's whims, but he keeps going back to blueberries. If fresh, he can happily consume a pint in a sitting. If frozen, they must be the tiny organic wild blueberries, and if I let him, he would eat the whole bag. Needless to say, his poop smells and looks delightful a few hours later.

My 15 month old loves Nori sheets. For those that don't know what these are, nori sheets are used in making sushi. Sometimes I sprinkle them with a little lemon and she keeps coming back for more! Plus, they are packed with essential vitamins and nutrients. We love them!

Fresh fruit. Always berries. Often even grapefruit. Peanut Butter. Lately my 4 year old likes small bites of pumpkin, they're a novelty. Simple unmixed raw food.
