I am trying to keep my twins on a 7:00 am wake, 6:30 bed time schedule but sometimes it seems like it doesn't sinc up - I have been winging it a little bit and feeding them food at lunch and food in the evenings. How often do you feed bottle / food and how does that sinc up with naps? I struggle with this....

Just do it gradual. My twins are 3 now and we also have an 11 month old son. The best way to start would be starting a bed time routine and then going from there to try and space out your day.

my two month old has a pretty good routine. She wakes at 8am eats and plays. Then we take a nap until 10. She will wake up and play for quite a while and goes back down for a nap. During the night however she wakes up once everyday like clock work between 4-5 am. She does have days when she fights her sleep but all and all it works out for us and we didnt plan it that way it just kinda happened naturally

7 am: wake-up/bottle or nurse
8 am: breakfast
9 am: nap
10 or 11: wake-up/bottle
12 lunch
1 pm: nap
2 or 3 pm: wake-up/bottle or nurse
5 pm: dinner
6:30: bath and sleep
Good luck!

well usually in the morning, depends on when my twins wake up for the day, they eat their cereal and fruit, have an eight ounce bottle, and then we put them down in their swings for a nap.  They get up for a bit and play and eat again, and have another nap. Then they are up for a while again until dinner, bath, bottle and bed at 8-8:30. Feed them a few bottles in between, but I try not to towards meal times. It's gotten messed up right now because they are sick so they mostly just take their bottles.
