A friend recommended this book and I have been reading / implementing it. Would love to discuss / talk with other moms who are following some of the recommendations in here. I have 7 month old twins and have been really trying to follow this for the past month.

Hi Sally - Thanks for joining - So you are reading Healthy Sleep Habits or have read and used it? I have 7 month old twins and am struggling with the middle of the night waking - I was hoping to connect with other moms who have read and used the book. I think I've read the book 5 times (ha ha) usually in the middle of the night....
