Hello all! I am a new member and new expecting mommy! :]
I can't wait to meet my little baby! I really love hiking... but my biggest climb is getting over this morning sickness! Then I can actually go back to the fun things! :]

Haha. Great comparison! Hiking is great exercise for pregnant women. If you eat foods in high fiber, you won't get as nauseated. Peanut butter is a great source. It can also to reduce the heartburn. I would try easy to moderate hikes; you don't want to overstrain your belly muscles on top of being pregnant. Not a good combination. Well, anyways, good luck! :)
