Pretty much same here. Little done this year so mostly I am feeling guilty, rather than stressed. I am start feeling the pressure about some thing I have to make for an up coming party, I find a day when I can just chill out and have no running around town activities and schedule in some major down time for myself, then that evening will prepare the item. That time of "I'm not here. You don't see me." really has helped not feel so rushed this year.

Ok so I have failed to keep up most of my daily rituals of destressing, except evening primrose and b-complex. I have completly dropped the ball. I'm not that stressed though because I have also done almost nothing for x-mas.
