this is keratosis pilaris, the doctor can prescrible balneum plus cream which makes a massive difference :) i have this condition too on my arms and thighs but it's not so bad now i use the cream, on youtube there are also people claiming to have the cure so i recommend trying them too, whatever works best.

I have what they call "Chicken skin" or keratosis. it itches often. it looks like goosebumps honestly. i had to get a prescription for it. you may have to do the same if the other things do not help.

have you researched keratosis or "shark skin"? look for underlying causes then deal with topical applications.

Oatmilk baths are great for moisturising sensitive skin just fill a knee hi panyhose with about a cup of rolled oats, tie end and run bath water through the oats then squeeze in water until the water is cloudy and feels soft. The oat bag can be used as a soap (it cleans better than you would think) and lasts a couple of days.

i think moisturising is the best personally and its finding the right one that suits ur little girls skin thats the biggest hurdle. Aveeno moisturising cream is the best i have used on my son who has eczema.

My son had lots of skin issues when he was young. Cortizone scared me so I tried to avoid it. I used dandruff shampoo all over him for washing, used clothe diapers, and everytime he got out of the bath I slathered him with medicated Goldbond. I also found that if we avoided certain foods it was more mellow, for him it was mostly acidic food like tomatoes and things with preservatives. No matter what I did I needed to test just a tiny spot before otherwise I could send him into crying. Hope you find her answer!

My eldest son ( 2years 2 months) has also had these in the past. I tried many things and saw quite a few doctors etc about them. the cortizone cream didn't work nor did many of the other things that were suggested. I ended up taking him to see a local chemist and it turned out that it was from my son getting a bit sweaty of a nighttime and losing condition in his skin ( both arms and legs) because of it. Nothing to do with soap (except that it dries the skin out more. Use a good quality intensive moisturiser afert each bath and whenever you think it's needed. It'll clear up in no time! It may re-occur over the years but once again use the moisturiser andf it'll fix it right up! We just useed "Vaseline intensive care moisturiser". But there is an intensive moisturising/hydrating cream (in atube) that you can get from the chemist called Hydrocream.

try applying hydro cortisone to them 2 times a day, or try a product called bio oil, could also try lac hydrin lotion, it will help exfoliate the areas, more than likely they are plugged hair follicles, both my daughter have them as well,

try switching her soap to something maybe more milder or natural. and if that doesnt work try a baby lotion most likely unsented
