We're new to homeschooling this year and are a little nervous. We have some dicipline issues that need to be taken care of. I need to prepare myself for the journey. I know it's going to be bumpy but I know that God will be there the whole way.

I think it is going to be bumpy for a lot of us. try looking on line for free curriculums; google free christian homeschooling or free homeschooling curriculums, etc... I came across one that I really like and they have all kinds of help on different issues. It's www.abcjesuslovesme.com Also, check into Classical Christian schooling for ideas on the discipline issues there might be something of value there.

I understand how you feel. I am in the same possition right now. I did pre school with my DD last year and will be doing K starting next month. I need to work on getting organized and a few disipline issues as well. I have two dd 5 and 3 and a ds 11 weeks old. I know it will be bumpy even with God's help but I have faith that He will help us figure it all out.. or most of it anyway...LOL! Hope it all goes well!
