I know many people don't follow a formal curriculum with pre-schoolers but I am new to this and thought it might be good if I start off with something structured. My daughter is turning 4 in November and I looking for a curriculum/programme I can follow with her. Any advice

I used Sonlight for my son. They have premade curriculums for each level. My son enjoy it when we did it. They have a program for P3/4. Sonlight can be used a people who want a Biblical based program and also for people who do not want a religious based program simply by removing the Bibe from the selection.

I am a former teacher that took time off to raise my baby and do preschool with my step son. I am not using any curriculum because of cost. I don't know if you have that issue but I would be willing to share anything that I used at home or made at a low cost. You can just send a message to my page or join my circle and I would live to help you. Preschool is important but is difficult for stay at home moms. Just contact me!

I am snagging some of these ideas. I use the letter of the week or starfall.com currently. The girls love it so far but I am always looking for new things to try. :)

I used for my son letter of the week. Free online website. My father's world has an inexpensive pre-k curriculum as well. learning page online free printables. Hope this helps. I use to also purchase lots of work books from the Dollar Store and got a readyness book from Barnes and Noble.

We used www.ToddlerPreschool.com and we absolutely loved it. You decide how many lessons you want, whether or not you want to do school every day or every other day. It's a great way to get you little one ready for school. I would highly recommend it! We used it for our B/G twins and they both did very well.

Before Five In A Row. I am currently using Five In A Row volume 1 with my 6 year old (and my 3 year old listening in/participating where he can). Awesome set up. It uses childrens lit to teach math, science, social studies, art, and language. HIghly recommended!
