Thanks Laurie! YES I would love any links or support to help. I have decided to use the K-12 (COVA for us). I spend at least two hours everyday working with my kids anyway, and I love the idea of taking field trips to places to help cement their learning. There just isn't time with them attending public school...but mostly because I'm not going to be dictated to. :-)
I am scared! I won't lie and really need a support team. On top of my first novel being released this summer. But my kids come first.
I have three girls; 12, 10, and 8. Both my 12 year old and 8 year old are honor roll students and will probably do well on their own. It's my middle one who's the challenge. She's a hard worker, but get easily bored and as a variation of dyslexia (which I have--I flip information).
Thanks again for reaching out to me. Hope to network with you. :-) If your on FB I'm Writer-Shelly Goodman Wright

Hi, I use the k12 curriculum through GCA. This is our 1st year with GCA and we love it. Don't get me wrong it is rough at times but my children have learned so much. Both of my children are working ahead in their grade level. I recommend going to the school outings to meet other students in your area. How many children do you have attending GCA this year. Oh, by the way there are several GCA/K12 learning coach pages available on facebook. If you need the links or want an invite let me know your facebook name and I will try to get you to the pages.

I would have loved to use it but it appears to only be available in the States.
