What topics are you just TIRED OF TALKING ABOUT…or maybe it doesn’t bother you to repeatedly post to the same topics, that are posted by the people that have not been part of this group long…

Ooh, vaccination threads I don't mind because I can pretty safely say it's stupid to not vaccinate. ;)

Potty training over and over again because nobody agrees and every child is different so you just get abuse. I dont have a problem with the religious people on here I just dont find their posts helpful. Some people need real advice and not to be told to go to church. I think COM is great and a real nice feeling to be able to help others who have encountered the same problems as you have. Sisters all over the world!

Breastfeeding vs bottle feeding, young moms vs older moms, circumcision. All the same old arguments time and time again. People are generally rude in them too.

okay, so I know it's been a while since anyone posted on this topic, but I just saw ANOTHER "should I tell my child that their 'father' is not their 'biological' father?" thread!!! Arg!!! Those ones drive me NUTS!

Breastfeeding. Abortion. Someone always brings them up when there's a lull in good conversations and the same debate ensues.

I dont mind most of the debates as long as they haven't been debated recently. Although, I do "kinda" get tired of breast vs. bottle!

[deleted account]

I don't really get sick of any debates. They're slightly different each time AND if I'm not in the mood, I just don't open them.

Abortion, breast &bottle, 2 of many ..its really they ones were your like oh hell here we go again..its already done and dusted..i think its time wasting to repeat the debates over and over.

Ok, you might laugh at me but I don't care. I'm tired, my head hurts and it's been a LONG ass Halloween day.

What does "LBGT" stand for?

[deleted account]

I'm not really tired of any topic in itself. I do get a little bit tired when one topic hijacks a whole community and there are numerous threads on what is basically the same issue. I know it's goot neticut to start a new thread rether than going slightly off topic, but it tends to lead to one issue taking over a whole board and that starts to become a bit like flogging a dead horse.

When to start your baby on solids!

It's an annoying topic because everybody just thinks that what they did is the right thing, full stop. It would be a novelty if someone actually said "I started my baby on solids at x months, but what a mistake!"

[deleted account]

I just think that those debates only end up in people being called stupid for not vaccinating, others getting called inconsiderate, selfish, etc... Then the pro-vax get told they are close-minded, brain-washed, etc... I don't think there is ever a good debate that stems from that topic.

Your baby can read, and toddler leashes. Every time I see these in the title I'm "here we go again".

I'm an original DM member who went away for a little while and the only topic I avoid like the plague is the bottle vs. breast. I have seen a few debates on that subject that stayed respectful, but I find that, for the most part, that debate sparks something deep rooted in women and a lot of times women end up digging in on one side of the fence or another and it ends up getting ugly. Personally, my favorite topics are any topics where people disagree but show good sportsmanship. You can be on opposite sides of an issue and still have respect for one another. Kinda like how football players from rival teams will help each other get up after a hit or pat each other on the butt when they pass by each other lol

I agree with Loureen. If it hasn't been discussed in at least a couple months then I'm up for another debate (new members bring new points of views!), BUT if there are 2 or 3 debates about basically the same thing being posted week after week, it gets annoying and no matter how opinionated I am about the issue I won't even open new threads that are repetetive...

Formula/breast feeding, CIO, or abortion (anything involving homosexuality is kinda starting to get repetitive)

I'm an original member of DM so there's rarely a topic posted now that hasn't been discussed atleast once before. As long as there's not two threads on the same topic on page 1, I'm good lol.

i am not sick of the topics so much, i am really enjoying having some grown up and interesting things to think about with interested people, but am a little sick of religion getting into many....ones that are stated as religious are fine, but not every topic has a religious angle, i know religion is really important to many people but it isn't always relevant to a conversation, if i were in a group of people and someone always bought god into i would not ask their opinion very often...

I only get tired of a topic if it has been discussed a couple of times in the last couple of months , right now its abortion and breastfeeding but only because we just had about 4 of each recently , given time im interested in anything especially when presented from a different POV .
